Omelet, Veggie Egg Substitute
Ingredients:
3/4 cup better'n eggs
1/8 cup chopped carrots
1/8 cup snow peas
1/4 cup chopped broccoli
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Heat frying pan to medium heat
2. Add oil and vegetables
3. Stir fry until vegetables are cooked
4. Poor egg subsitute over vegetables in pan
5. Flip when cooked through
6. Add cheese and fold over
7. Continuing heating until cheese is melted
