Omelet, ham cheese mushroom yellow or red bell pepper special
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbls 1% milk
1 oz ham
1 oz bell pepper
1 oz mushrooms
1 oz onion
1 tbls cilantro
1 oz kraft natural shredded cheese - fat free cheddar
1 oz kraft natural shredded cheese - fat free cheddar
1 tbls fat free sour cream
Directions:
1. mix eggs and milk
2. spray cast iron skillet with Pam canola
3. pour egg and milk mix and let spread in pan
4. chop/grate fillings to prep
5. add fillings and in line near center of egg
6. cook until firm enough to fold in thirds in pan.
7. let cook until light brown
8. top with cheese and serve
