Omega-3 cookies can be cut into shapes and iced. Full of the benefits of almonds and brown rice. Use all organic ingredients, of course. Be gentle with the dough, it's delicacy transfers to the fullest flavor.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond meal
1 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup demerara sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
1. mix wet ingredients, add dry.
2. chill in fridge.
3. roll out and cut into shapes.
4. bake 350 7-10 minutes.
