Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) jar pimento-stuffed green olives, drained & coarsely chopped
1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives, drained & coarsely chopped
3 roma tomatoes, cored, seeded & chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seed & coarsely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. Mix & refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
2. Serve with crackers.
