To use less butter and include more of the health benefits of olive oil, this is delicious & healthy.
Ingredients:
12 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon skim milk
Directions:
1. Beat butter in mixer until soft.
2. Gradually add the olive oil and milk.
3. When it is completely blended, pour into containers, cover and store in fridge.
4. It will harden as it cools. (Use as you would normally use butter).
