Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 -3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except vinegar.
2. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds.
3. Let sit a few minutes.
4. Add vinegar and serve.
