I don't recall which magazine I got this from. This recipe has a nice flavor, not over powering, but a nice mild flavor. Serve with a nice crusty bread and maybe a light salad. The recipe actually calls for noodles but I discovered I was out so I used bow tie pasta. Any pasta will do.
Ingredients:
1 lb full cooked polish sausage, sliced into 1/4 slices
2 cups coleslaw mix
3 celery ribs, sliced
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
2 cups cooked pasta
Directions:
1. In a large skillet,saute sausage, cabbage, and celery for about 5 minutes.
2. Mix mustard, garlic salt, and sage together.
3. Add mustard mix to sausage mix.
4. Cook and stir over medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
5. Stir in pasta and heat through.
