Old Fashioned Rice Pudding

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2/3 cup brown sugar (or white sugar)
3 tablespoons soft butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2-1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1/2-1 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Thoroughly combine rice with all remaining ingredients.
2. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot.
3. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours.
4. (or LOW: 4-6 hours).
5. Stir after first hour.
6. This recipe may be doubled if desired.
