Old Fashioned Potato Soup

Love to get that crock pot going on busy days. More soups hit my crock pot during crisp fall weather. Love to walk in to an amazing aroma from the pot!
Ingredients:
10 potatoes diced
1 carrot diced ( i use about a 1 1/2 c diced baby carrots)
1 onion diced
5 c water
4 cubes chicken bouillon (or use 5 cups fresh chicken stock)
1 t parsley
1 t minced garlic
can of evaporated milk (add at end)
Directions:
1. Put everything in cooker.
2. Put on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 10-12 hrs
3. Add milk last hour.
4. *By bulking up the carrots and add skim milk can save calories!*
