A nice rich and creamy taste! From the 1995 Heart Healthy Cookbook of delicious healthy recipes, Edina, MN.
Ingredients:
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons sweet pickle juice
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine vegetables and chill.
2. In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, yogurt, pickle juice, mustard, and paprika.
3. To serve, pour dressing over vegetables; toss.
4. Dust the top with black pepper.
