Old Bay Seasoned Tuna Cakes

Delicious on a bed of fresh greens.
Ingredients:
1 (6 ounce) can chunk light tuna
1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
1/8 cup breadcrumbs (plain)
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon onion, minced
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Form mixture into two equal size patties.
3. Fry patties on non-stick pan with light vegetable oil non-stick spray until browned on both sides.
4. Serve immediately.
