A YUMMY wing recipe that adds a bit of different flavor to your regular wings. Ohhhh so savory!! Found on .
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
2 lbs chicken wings
2 1/2 tablespoons frank's red hot sauce
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons minced garlic
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 500 degrees.
2. Line large baking sheet w/ foil then spray with nonstick spray.
3. In bowl mix flour, salt, and old bay. Add chicken and toss mix to coat them.
4. Arrange chicken on sheet and spray with vegetable oil. Roast for 45 minutes, turning a few times until brown and crispy.
5. In fry pan bring to a boil: frank's, butter, garlic, and worcestershire. Cook chicken in sauce for 5-10 minutes until chicken absorbs sauce.
6. Enjoy!
