Boiled red skin potatoes with dill, salt, and butter
Ingredients:
red skin potatoes
fresh dill
unsalted butter
kosher salt
Directions:
1. Boil large pot of water
2. Add salt to water
3. Clean potatoes
4. Peel potatoes
5. Add potatoes to water and let boil
6. Add slices of butter and fresh dill to large mixing bowl
7. Drain potatoes
8. Add to mixing bowl with butter and dill and turn until potatoes are covered with dill and butter
9. Place whole potatoes in serving bowl
