This is a simple rice recipe for sick people or people who has a sore throat. Its very simple to eat. Veggies and meat can be added for variety.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice
3 cups water
Directions:
1. Wash the rice by putting it in a strainer. Run the water on the rice until the water becomes clear.
2. Add the water and rice in a small saucepan and turn on medium heat. Wait until it boils and turn it down.
3. Let simmer on low for 30 minutes.
