Ingredients:
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaf
1 tablespoon chopped chives
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup tahini
2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until well blended.
2. Store leftover dressing tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for 2-3 days.
3. Great dressing for a Greek Salad.
