Serve as a salad, as an entree or may be served with toothpicks as an hors d’oeuvre, on a bed of lettuce. It’s your decision.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mustard (dijon or creole)
1 bell pepper, diced
3/4 cup safflower oil
3 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup vinegar
hot pepper sauce to taste
2 to 3 pounds cooked shelled shrimp
Directions:
1. Combine first 7 of the ingredients and chill.
2. Serve as a salad, as an entree or may be served with toothpicks as a hors d’oeuvre, on a bed of lettuce. It’s your decision.
3. I like to sauté the shrimp with a hint of my Seafood Seasoning Recipe.
