Ingredients:
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup oats
1 apple
42 1/2 g raisins
32 g dried pitted plums
32 g pitted cherries
1/3 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup 2% milk
Directions:
1. Cook fruits first with water and spices
2. add oats and cook 5 minutes
3. turn off heat, add milk
