Oatmeal Whole Wheat Pancakes

Oatmeal whole wheat pancakes
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
4 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup water
3 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
1. Bowl #1.
2. Place oats in food processor and grind until fine. Place in bowl. Add flour, flax seed, baking powder, cinnamon, and baking soda.
3. Bowl #2.
4. Beat egg, add vanilla, water. Melted butter when cooled add to egg mixture.
5. Add bowl #2 to #1 and mix. Let stand a few minutes until thickened. Prepare as you would normal pancakes.
6. Makes 4 4-5 inch pancakes.
