Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup regular oats
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • cooking spray

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT OVEN 350
  2. Put first 5 ingredients in large bowlBeat with mixer at medium speed untill well blended
  3. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup-Level with a knife
  4. Add:Flour Oats and salt to egg mixtureBeat well Stir in raisins and walnuts
  5. Drop by level tablespoons 1 1/2 inch apart onto a Bakin sheet coated with cooking spray
  6. Bake 350 for 12 minutes or untill lightly brown
  7. Remove from oven let stand 2 minutes
  8. Remove cooies from baking sheet
  9. Cool on wire rack Yeilds 2 dozen
