Oatmeal Raisin Snack Cake

The delicious taste of oatmeal, raisins and brown sugar baked together in a delicious snack cake. Chocolate lovers will thank you for the sprinkle of chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
2 cups oats
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Grease and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, overlapping 2 sides for easy removal.
2. Cream butter, and brown sugar untl smooth. Add eggs, vanilla and sweetened condensed milk, beating until incorporated.
3. Gradually add oats, flour and bakihg powder, beating until combined.
4. Add raisins.
5. Press half the dough into prepared dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Top with remaining dough.
6. Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and cut into squares,.
