Super-healthy, no sugar added, oatmeal raisin protein bars
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 eggs
1 banana
120 g whey protein
1 1/2 cups milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix in milk and eggs.
3. Pour ingredients into an oiled 8x8 baking pan.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
