Not everyone likes oatmeal but these cookies will change your mind. They have the oatmeal taste with the extra sweetness of the raisins & white chocolate chips. My husband doesn't usually eat sweets but he loves these.
Ingredients:
3/4 c. butter or margarine (softened)
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. sun-maid raisins
1 c. white chocolate morsels
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg, and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
3. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture: mix well. Stir in oats, raisins, and white morsels.
4. Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets.
5. Bake 12-15 minutes: until golden brown.
6. Remove from cookie sheets; cool on wire rack.
