Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups pear nectar
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
2 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3/4 cup dried pear half, diced
Directions:
1. Back according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the pear during the add-in cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
