Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies - Sugar Free

I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
1 cup natural-style peanut butter or 1 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix all together.
2. Roll into small balls and then roll in more Splenda.
3. Flatten with a fork.
4. Bake at 350 for 8 - 12 mintues.
