Great go-to Pancake recipe with wonderful texture. Mix it up by adding berries,bananas or chocolate chips.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups oats
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Pour milk over oats and let sit 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until just moistened.
3. Grease pan lightly on medium heat and drop batter 1/4 cup at a time,when you see bubbles starting to form, flip and brown other side.
