Oatmeal Muffins (No Flour at All!)

You can use bananas instead of the nuts and raisins
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup raisins
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
3/4 cup milk
2/3 cup honey
2 eggs (lighty beaten)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 450°F.
2. Cover 12 muffin bowls with oven-safe paper.
3. On a big bowl, mix oatmeal, nuts, raisins, baking powder and salt (if used).
4. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix til you have an even mix.
5. Put the mix on the muffin bowls and fill 3/4 of each one.
6. Bake for 13-15 min or til golden.
