Oatmeal Muffins

These muffins are great for adults, and kids like them too. They are tasty, and healthy!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1 cup water
3 tablespoons corn oil
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Mix the egg, water, and oil in a measuring cup.
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Stir wet ingredients into dry.
4. Stir just until everything is moistened.
5. Leave small lumps!
6. Grease muffin tins, or use paper muffin liners.
7. Fill each cup 2/3 full.
8. Bake at 425 for 15 mintues.
