Oatmeal Muffins

This is a great quick light muffin.
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 400.
2. Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
3. Create a well of the dry ingredients.
4. In the well combine the egg, milk, brown sugar, butter and vanilla.
5. Mix the dry ingredients into the centre until combined.
6. Line a muffin pan and drop in batter. Bake for approximately 15 minutes (based on oven times may vary).
