Yummy, tasty healthy muffins
Ingredients:
1/4 cup uncooked quaker oats
1/2 tablespoon splenda brown sugar blend
1 tablespoon melted margarine
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cups uncooked quaker oatmeal
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup white flour
1/2 cup golden raisin
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/4 cup firmly packed splenda brown sugar blend
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 beaten egg white
Directions:
1. Combine all dry ingredients for muffin mix. In a seperate bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingreditents to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. DO NOT OVERMIX. Place into muffin tin. Combine ingredients for topping and add to muffins, pat down.
2. Bake 20-22 minutes. .serve warm. YUM!
3. These freeze well too!
