Ingredients:
1/4 cup oatmeal, 5 minute, uncooked
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon flax seed, grounded
1/4 cup fruit (any kind)
1 pinch cinnamon
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
1. Cook the oatmeal as per package directions. Place fruit in bowl. Add oatmeal, flaxseeds, milk. Stir ingredients together. Top with cinnamon.
