These are soo good and almost fat free!
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 large egg whites
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
2. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are moistened. Dough will be thick.
3. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 350F (180C) for eight to ten minutes or just until set.
5. Do not overbake (or they'll turn into hockey pucks).
6. Cool five minutes on baking sheet (at which point
7. they'll set up nicely), then remove to wire rack to cool.
