Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 tablespoon glycerine or 1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
2. Store in an airtight container.
3. To use: Gently massage into your skin; rinse well with tepid water and pat dry.
4. Optionally add 1-2 drops tincture of benzoin as a preservative if desired.
