Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Low fat oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. (watch the serving size... it is supposed to make 40 servings of rounded teaspoon dough.)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Combine sugar, splenda, and packed brown sugar, butter, and apple sauce.
3. Add vanilla and egg whites.
4. Mix dry ingredients seperatly.
5. Combine with sugar mixture.
6. Stir in oats and chocolate chips.
7. Drop dough of rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart, flatten slightly.
8. Bake for 7 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
