Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Low fat, low calorie cookies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Lightly spray cookie sheet with Pam. Spread mixture evenly over cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
2. * I also add 1/8 cup Splenda for Baking, but left it out of the ingredient list, as it counts the same as sugar calorie-wise on the nutrition facts (which isn't accurate because it has no calories).
