Chocolate + caramel + walnuts= YUMMY!
Ingredients:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1-1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
in a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. pour half of the mixture into a greased 9 x 9 baking dish and press firmly. bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
filling
1 (6-oz.) bag chocolate chips
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
sprinkle the chocolate chips and walnuts over cooked crust then add the topping.

2. 3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3. 3 T. flour
4. In a bowl, combine the ice cream topping and flour. Pour this over the chips and walnut layer. Crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top. Bake for another 15 minutes. Let the bars cool slightly before slicing.
