Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup whole wheat flour or 1/4 cup oat flour
2 tablespoons ground flax seeds
1 tablespoon wheat germ
1 1/2 cups non-fat powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 cup applesauce
1 small apple, chopped
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Preheat ovne to 355°F.
2. Mix all ingredients together.
3. Spoon 6 big cookies on a non-stick baking sheet.
4. Bake 18-24 minutes.
