Full of oatmeal and good things. take this in the car and eat it or pack it to work.
Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup almonds
1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
1. Mix peanut butter and applesauce. Add cinnamon. Add oatmeal and baking powder. Add flour. Add cranberries and almonds.
2. Press into a pan and bake until dry on top and brown on edges, at 350.
3. Add a thin glaze of powder sugar and water on it. optional.
