Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

This is such an easy recipe and VERY low point. It makes ONE good muffin.
Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 cup skim milk
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup splenda granular
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (here is where you can add any spice that sounds good to you. i will add a pinch of cloves and a shak)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 egg whites
1 cup blueberries (i use unthawed frozen)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Soak oats in milk for 10 to 15 minute
3. Spray muffin pan with Pam.
4. Combine all ingredients except blueberries. Add them last.
5. Spoon into muffin pan, making 12 muffins.
6. Bake for 20 to 25 minute
7. For the same point value you can leave out the berries and add:
8. 1 cup chopped apples - OR -
9. 12 cup raisin - .
