Pretty low calorie-you can make them taste better by using oil instead of apple sauce, and brown sugar instead of splenda
Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup instant oats (or ground oats)
1/2 cup steel cut oats
1/4 cup splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup raisins (or craisins)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon molasses
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup soymilk
1/4 cup applesauce
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350°F.
2. combine wet ingredients.
3. in a separate bowl combine dry ingredients (except raisins)
4. add dry to wet.
5. add in raisins.
6. bake for 12-16 minute.
7. cool and enjoy!
