Ingredients:
1 cup apple, sause
5 eggs
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 cups walnuts
6 large bananas, mashed
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg f.
2. mix all ingredients in same bowl in order.
3. coat bunt pan with butter flavored cooking spray and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
4. bake 60 min or until a toothpick comes out dry.
