This vegetarian dish is wonderful accompanied with cooked green vegetables.
Ingredients:
2 cups oats
milk
1 onion, minced
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
1 -2 garlic clove, mashed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 bay leaf
paprika, to taste
2 eggs, beaten
Directions:
1. Cover oats with milk and soak.
2. Add other ingredients and set aside for 30 minute.
3. Remove bay leaf.
4. Add 2 eggs.
5. Pour by the spoonful onto a hot, oiled pan and fry on both sides.
