Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 3 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/4 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes.
