Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
1 large egg white
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions:
1.
put oats in blender and whirl until the consistency of flour.
2.
Add remaining ingredients and blend.
3.
Cook on grill in 1/8 cup amounts.
4.
Makes 6 pancakes
