Ingredients:
2 cups oatmeal, old-fashioned
2 cups cereal, oat bran
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup applesauce
1 cup egg beaters
1 cup soy milk, silk light
1 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients, then add liquids and blend.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes in oil-sprayed 13 x 9 baking dish.
3. Makes 24 bars = 12 servings
