A vegan recipe originally from Leah Leneman's Easy Vegan Cooking .
Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup cashews
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup water
Directions:
1. Put the oats and cashews in a blender and grind.
2. Add the salt, oil and water and blend thoroughly.
3. Pour the batter in a waffle iron and leave for a few minutes until cooked.
