Nutty Nutella Puffs

I hate to waste the left over puff pastry from misc dishes so I created this with my kids for a quick dessert and it was a success!
Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry
nutella spread
3/4 cup chopped nuts, i generally use macadamia or toasted hazelnuts but any nut you'd prefer is fine
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to the directions on the puff pastry box. Cut your puff pastry into 5x5 inch squares.
2. Go over pastry slightly with a rolling pin to even out thickness, be sure not to roll to much thinner.
3. Place each square into a non-stick cupcake pan, it does not have to be pressed into the pan.
4. Taking a regular teaspoon, place a mound of Nutella, about 2 Tbsp each, into the center of each square.
5. Take your chopped nuts and divide evenly into each individual pastry.
6. Take the corners of each pastry and fold down over the chocolate and nut center, and pinch together to seal.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Filling will be HOT so make sure to let cool for 10-15 minutes before biting into the pastry!
