Nutty Chicken Strips With Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Very simple recipe enough to feed the whole family. Can be made in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 cup chopped almonds
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
1/4 cup canola oil
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro, and curry powder.
2. Place flour in a shallow bowl.
3. In another shallow bowl, beat the egg, and milk.
4. Dip the chicken strips in flour, then in the egg mixture.
5. Then place in the resealable bag in step 1, and shake to coat.
6. In a large skillet, cook chicken in oil for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink, and drain on paper towels.
7. In a small bowl, combine the sauce ingredients, and serve with chicken.
