An oldie I think !! Probably a variation on a theme.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups nutrigrain cereal
2 1/2 cups unsalted mixed nuts
35 g french onion soup mix
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Line a large baking tray with baking parchment.
3. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
4. Toss well to coat.
5. Spread out on baking tray.
6. Bake 15 minutes. stir every 5 minutes until hot and crisp.
7. Cool completely and store in air tight jar.
