If you skip breakfast because you have little time, try blending a nutritious shake. I found this recipe in Prevention magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 cup organic apple juice
1 cup organic strawberry
1/2 cup organic tofu
1 banana
Directions:
1. Blend together.
