These muffins are moist and crunchy its a perfect combination
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup of agave nectar
6 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of vanilla
1 1/2 cups of whole grain flour
2 mashed bananas
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Combine the eggs and the sugar with a whisk
2. Combine the vanilla and banana
3. Combine the walnuts,salt,flour and flour.
4. Pour the banana mix into the eggs and whisk.
5. Then add dry ingredients and fold in
6. Spoon between 6 muffin moulds or cases
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 350
